Dyform 34LR

Bridon Dyform® 34LR is a series of high performance compacted crane ropes. This rope combines varying multi strand ropes designs to achieve excellent rotation resistance in high lift operations.

We also offer our 34LR product with an internal plastic also known and reffered to as plastic injection (PI). Plastic injection offers a range of benefits inclduing increased bend & fatigue resistance while increasing core stability.

This rope is available in both bright and galvanised finishes with various rope tolerances and lubrication specifications.

Bridon Dyform® 36LR PI +

Dyform® 36LR Pi + is a high performance compacted multi-layer constructed rope which incorporates an engineered extruded plastic that spreads between the 18 outer strands and the rope core.

Bridon Tiger Dyform® 24LS / 24LS PI

The Bridon Tiger Dyform® 24 LS is the most robust rotation resistant hoisting rope with superior performance on friction hoists with a high breaking strength. The dyformed strand are giving a contact on the lining and the sheaves. With a PI Intrusion of the core, the rope reaches excellent diameter stability when high thread pressure becomes an issue.

WRI Surelift® 35

WRI Surelift® 35 is a high performance, compacted low rotational rope that combines various multistrand designs to achieve excellent rotation resistance in high lift operations.

Bridon Tiger Dyform® 34LR / 34LR PI

The Bridon Tiger Dyform® 34LR offers high strength, excellent spooling on multi-layer drums, with the highest flexibility. With a PI Intrusion of the core, the rope reaches excellent diameter stability when high thread pressure becomes an issue.

Roller compacted Bridon Tiger Dyform® 34LR MAX offering the highest strength with excellent spooling properties on multi-layer drums.

Bridon Tiger Dyform® 18M / 18M PI

Bridon Tiger Dyform® 18M Blair winder rope with a two layer construction over a WSC. This rotation resistant rope can be impregnated with plastic (PI) for a better corrosion resistance. The dyformed strands are giving better contact on the lining and the sheaves.

Bridon Tiger® 34M SPI

The Bridon Tiger® 34M SPI construction is a rotation resistant rope in a 3-layer construction with synthetic fibre core. The rope is flexible and provides easy handling and installation. Bridon Tiger® 34M SPI can be used as a hoist or a balance rope. When used as a balance rope, the rope can be sheathed and plastic impregnated.
