Bridon Dyform® 6

Bridon Dyform® 6 is a high performance compacted single layer constructed rope for various cranes and industrial applications.

Spiral Strand

A spiral strand is a composite of multiple layers of helically twisted steel wires. Layers are spun in opposite directions providing constructional and torque stability. The use of high strength steel wires makes it a good candidate as tension member in static applications. Our proprietary Bekaert blocking compound fills the cable on the inside, reducing the impact of steel-steel contact, and adding an additional barrier against corrosion.

Bridon® Zebra

The Zebra is a Bridon® brand unique hourglass plastic shapes provides visibility to the 6-strand construction for shovels.

Bridon Tiger Dyform® 18M / 18M PI

Bridon Tiger Dyform® 18M Blair winder rope with a two layer construction over a WSC. This rotation resistant rope can be impregnated with plastic (PI) for a better corrosion resistance. The dyformed strands are giving better contact on the lining and the sheaves.

WRI® PS 1810

A resilient 18x7 IWRC construction and wire tensile ranging from 1770 MPa (115 Long Tons/In2) to 2000 MPa(130 Long Tons/ In2) provide the necessary strength and reliability to operate up to depths of approximately 2000 ft.(610 m). A specialized Line Contact Design (LCD) improves performance and reduces internal cross cutting damage, common to other multi-strand products. By combining outer langs lay strands with inner regular lay strands, the underside of the outer strand wires run in the same direction as the wires of the supporting layer.

WRI Power-Loc® FLC

WRI Power-Loc® FLC is most effective when installed with a D/d ratio greater than 100-1. Exclusive manufacturing techniques provide superior rotation resistance and virtually eliminate the natural torque and rotation common to round or flattened triangular strand ropes

WRI® DyPac 18

WRI® DyPac 18 series is a compacted rotation resistant rope construction consisting of an inner rope laid in one direction and an outer layer of strands laid in the opposite direction.
