Drum Winder Ropes

Bridon® drum winder ropes offer high strength and superior fatigue performance. Drum winders are used in vertical shaft hoisting for very shallow mines (<500m). They are also used in mines with the max depth realised in shaft with a single shaft depth >2000m.

The (3/3) triangular strand center construction provides the best strength/performance combination for drums with a recommended D/d ratio of 80/1.
